I was visiting with a friend of mine a few days ago and she was putting together a beautiful plate of sliced bananas topped with blueberries. While she added her organic maple syrup on top of it she mentioned that that was her very own version for pancakes. I thought that was a great idea, so the very next morning I sliced bananas, added frozen blueberries and topped it with pure honey. The result was delightful! Since then I’ve been having it quite often.
You can use natural fruit for topping as well but if you choose to go with frozen fruit, simply place the frozen fruit in a bowl and microwave them for about 20-30 seconds or until they are soft, they will release juice and that will make your topping even better!
