I’ve been freezing mashed bananas on a regular basis and as a result I’ve been making smoothies more often. This morning I made myself one with frozen bananas and apples and because it tasted delicious I’ll share the recipe with you.
I placed 3 sliced apples and a cup of almond milk in the blender. I blended it well then added 2 frozen bananas. I also added one table spoon of brown sugar and blended everything together.
The consistency was quite thick and the taste was really good. If you prefer a thinner consistency simply add more milk.
