I wanted to make tiny lemon, blueberry and strawberry pies today, but my graham cracker crust recipe didn’t turn out the way I wanted, so I ended up with this delicious dessert that I still don’t have a name for. Any name ideas??
1/2 can of condensed milk
1 small pack of graham crackers
3 tablespoons of butter
Break the graham crackers and place them in the blender, blend them until they turn into powder. Place that powder in a bowl. Melt 3 table spoons of butter and add to the powder. Mix it well using your hands. Spread the mix in a baking sheet and bake it for 10 minutes.
Get the juice of 1 large lemon and mix that juice with 1/2 a can of condensed milk until it’s thick and sweet.
In a glass, place the powder mix at the bottom, then add the condensed milk mix, add strawberries on the sides of the glass and blueberries. Add another layer of powder and blueberries and top it with more condensed milk and lemon zest.
Place in the fridge for one hour and serve.
