Avocado Toast with Roasted Veggies
2 slices of whole grain bread
1/2 ripe avocado
Preheat oven at 400 degrees on high broil.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice 1/2 tomato and 1 small bell pepper and place them in the baking sheet. Add salt, pepper and dry dill over it. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Cover the toast with tomatoes and bell pepper.
