Baked Brie with Cranberries

baked brieBaked brie has become one of my favorite appetizers over the years. Served generously over crusty bread, this appetizer will become your newest delight.

I baked a mini wheel size brie, the small version is a perfect bite size for 2-3 people.

Dried Cranberries



How to make it: Unpack the brie and place it in a dark baking sheet, there’s no need to grease the baking sheet.

Before baked

Add dried cranberries on top of it and bake it at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until soft. To make sure the brie is soft and ready, touch it gently with a spoon to feel the consistency.

Toast some baguette slices or your favorite bread in the oven for about 5-10 minutes while the brie is being baked.

Remove the brie from the baking sheet by gently lifting it up with a spatula. Place it in a nice looking dish or over a cutting board. Top it with honey and serve immediately. Enjoy!
